Abstract:
This book tells the story of ten survivors of sexual abuse in their own words. Each chapter tells one survivor's story in direct, forthright language. The book reviewer, Jacqueline Golding, found Strong at Heart to be a valuable resource for adolescent and adult survivors of sexual abuse. She also felt it could be of great use to people who have not been sexually abused, but are close to someone who has been.
